会员4856：以前只入住過一次天雲房，覺得很不錯，這次旅程也特意挑這房型。上到房間時，發現跟之前住的不一樣，就向前枱職員查詢，原來天雲房的房型都有不同…我們住5個晚上，希望能轉回之前入住的房型，職員也很熱心協助我們，第三天就轉到了。很感謝他們的幫助。另外，不得不提，第一個晚上大概在凌晨1點多開始聽到很明顯的敲擊(牆)聲至清晨5點多，嚴重影響睡眠，醒後向職員查詢及看住客評語才得知有個奇怪的憐居-.- 很喜歡這家旅店，不過，淺眠者要衡量大半夜的敲牆聲
会员1512：位置在巷子里，用导航都不好找，房间小，行李箱没地方放，最后只能放门口地上，超级不方便，房间平方数跟他酒店标明的信息不符合，离捷运站距离挺远，走路要10来分钟，去台湾7日游，住这家影响的旅游心情，层高无敌低，吹个头发手都能碰到天花，隔音效果也很差，隔壁上个厕所都能听到声音
会员8460：这里的房间都是很小的，大床两个人刚刚好睡多一个孩子也会有点辛苦哈哈特别点评酒店的二合一洗发沐浴露很好很好用平时头发不下护发素都梳不开，但居然用这个就变得很柔顺了想问下店家这个东东的牌子是？好想买来用呢～另外酒店每天早上七点都会提供免费简单的面包沙拉，不过是先到先得喔，派完就没有了.
会员3722：Nice little hotel in the middle of Ximen district. Conveniently located near the metro and the main shopping streets of the area. Staff was very helpful (calling taxis, exchanging money). Rooms are small but nice and clean. The hotel offers snacks and coffee/tea for free but no breakfast. It’s tucked in a side-alley which makes it sometimes a little hard to find for taxis drivers/ airport transfer but the staff is more than willing to help. Would definitely recommend staying here.
